1. Which Parties are involved?

KPMG Tax Advisers and KPMG Advisory are member firms of the KPMG network of independent member firms affiliated with KPMG International Cooperative ("KPMG International"), a Swiss entity;
- you: every natural person (B2C) or legal person (B2B) in a contractual relationship of any nature, now or in the future, with K law or KPMG via this online platform;
- “we”, “our” and “us”: K law and KPMG collectively.
2. Professional regulations
The attorneys of K law are members of the Brussels, Antwerp or Kortrijk bar and as such they carry the title of “advocaat” and “avocat”. They adhere to the professional regulations issued by their respective local bar association and to those issued by the Flemish bar association (“Orde van Vlaamse Balies”) or the French/German-speaking Bar association (“Ordre des barreaux francophones et germanophones de Belgique”).
